Due to supply chain and shipping delays beyond our control, RMA Repair Services have been impacted. Returning serviced items will take a significant amount of time longer, possibly several months, as we have extended lead times for parts. We apologize and ask for your patience at this time, as we are doing our upmost to minimize any inconvenience.

Returns (for Service)

  • All returns must reference an RMA number; packages returned without a RMA number may be refused or lost.
  • All products need to be shipped in a shipping box, DO NOT use the retail box as the shipping box.
  • Rack mount brackets must be removed before shipping. If you leave them attached, our technician gets angry and will deliberately delay any work. We will NOT responsible for any damages caused by attached rack mount brackets.
  • Customer is responsible for return freight charges (shipping to us). For items to be returned to you, we are only responsible for ground shipping charges for the domestic USA. Any other shipping service is at the cost of the customer.

SERVICE / REPAIR RMA PACKAGE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Remove all Rackmount Brackets and Accessories from the unit. Do not include any of the accessories when returning the unit.

STEP 2: Place the unit in the original retail box if it is available.

STEP 3: Place the retail box in a shipping box. DO NOT use the retail box as the shipping box. Shipping label should be placed on the shipping box. DO NOT place label on the retail box.

STEP 4 (OPTIONAL): If instructed, include the Power Supply WITHOUT the Base cord.

An RMA is required for any return.
