Returning serviced items will take a significant amount of time longer, possibly several months, as we have extended lead times for parts. Returns (for Service)
SERVICE / REPAIR RMA PACKAGE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1: Remove all Rackmount Brackets and Accessories from the unit. Do not include any of the accessories when returning the unit.
STEP 2: Place the unit in the original retail box if it is available.
STEP 3: Place the retail box in a shipping box. DO NOT use the retail box as the shipping box. Shipping label should be placed on the shipping box. DO NOT place label on the retail box.
STEP 4 (OPTIONAL): If instructed, include the Power Supply WITHOUT the Base cord.
An RMA is required for any return.
